HZS120 Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with JS2000 twin-shaft mixer and PLD3200 aggregate bin. It can meet the high standard of concrete production. The fully automatic control system can adds different concrete production formulas and plans, achieving the needs of producing various grades of concrete.

HZS120 concrete plant makes the maximum productivity to 120 cubic meter per hour. The 120 cubic meter batching plant adopts a modular structure that can be assembled and disassembled rapidly using common hardware. This makes it convenient to move.

1). Batching System

Using PLD3200 batching machine with high stability and efficiency. The batching aggregates can be 3-5types. 18m3 Basic Storage Bins Volume, 11kw Motor, Belt width of 1000mm

2. Mixing system

The mixer is SICOMA MAO 3000/2000 or JS2000 twin shaft forced type which has high mixing evenness for concrete, short mixing time, long lifespan for wearing parts, easy operation and maintenance advantages. 4.2 m discharging height. Adjustable hydraulic discharging door angle. High Wear-Resistant Chromium-Manganese Alloys Plates and Blades. Auto lubrications. The main shaft driving system refers to Italian SICOMA technology. Perfect shaft end sealing system effectively prevents leakage and guarantees the continuous long running of whole mixing system.

3). Control System

1. Realize the material metering station, transporting, mixing, unloading of automatic production process. With functions of real-time data processing, automatic control or manual operation, simple and convenient operation.r
2.Computer control interface simulation screen shows the whole dynamic process of station, intuitive and clear. It can store various proportioning and mixing station working data, print all kinds of report data as required.
